Cinfed Named Top Workplace for 11th Consecutive Year

If you want to really know what’s happening at work, ask the people on the front lines.
That’s the foundation of the Top Workplace award. And that’s why Cinfed is proud to be on the list for the 11th consecutive year.
Cincinnati.com and the Cincinnati Enquirer work with nationally recognized employee survey company Energage to identify the region’s top employers annually through the Top Workplace program. The results are based solely on employee responses to a 25-question survey that asks about factors such as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation. Employers earn Top Workplace recognition if their score exceeds national benchmarks.
