As a Cinfed member, you have access to more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide through the AllPoint and Alliance One networks. While non-Cinfed ATMs are available to use for withdrawals and deposits, it’s important to note that you may be charged a surcharge fee (charged by the ATM owner) and a network fee (charged by your financial institution) when using them.
Members can find a surcharge-free ATM within Cinfed’s network by visiting the “BRANCHES AND ATMS” page on our website. The following is a step-by-step guide how to locate a Cinfed ATM near you.
Step 1: Select “BRANCHES & ATMS” (highlighted) at the top of Cinfed’s website homepage.
Step 2: A map of Greater Cincinnati will appear showing a list of Cinfed Credit Union branch and ATM locations, with hours and key information for each location in the 'CINFED LOCATIONS:" menu.
Incase you need it, here’s how to locate a non-Cinfed ATM near you that will allow deposits into your Cinfed account.
Step 1: Select “BRANCHES & ATMS” (highlighted) at the top of Cinfed’s website homepage.
Step 2: Scroll down on the “BRANCHES & ATMS” page and select "LOCATE AN ATM NEAR YOU.”
Step 3: An alert will appear stating you will be leaving Cinfed Credit Union’s website. Please select "OK" to proceed.
Step 4: After clicking “OK,” a map of Greater Cincinnati will appear showing a list of Cinfed Credit Union ATM locations. In the top left corner of the page, members can enter a location (address, zip, etc.).
Note: Before clicking “Go,” please select “Deposit Taking ATMs” in the “Search by all that apply:” section below “Enter a location:”
Step 5: Once a location is submitted, a list of non-Cinfed ATMs that allow deposits will appear in the ‘Results’ section. Each ATM lists hours, directions, an address, and any additional details you should be aware of. Upon your arrival to use an ATM, you will be asked to enter your unique 4-digit Cinfed pin to proceed with your transaction.
