Cinfed hosted its 91st annual meeting on June 3 in the Oakley office. Cinfed CEO Jay Sigler and Board President Jerry Meyer hosted the event, where the 2024 financial results and the 2025 Louis M. Brown Scholarship recipients were announced.

In 2024, Cinfed’s assets grew to $746 million, the highest in organizational history, with a net income of $8.1 million – both outstanding results considering the challenging factors in the market. With a net worth ratio solidly above 11.5%, financial reserves are excellent and illustrate that Cinfed is in a very safe and sound financial position.

In addition, the recipients of the 2025 Louis M. Brown Memorial Scholarships were announced. Mr. Brown was a longtime member of Cinfed’s Board of Directors and the scholarship program was established in his memory. In honor of the program’s 25th anniversary, Cheryl Brown, Mr. Brown’s daughter, was in attendance and recognized during the meeting.

The 2025 Scholarship Recipients Are:

  • William Christofield (Ft. Mitchell, KY) to attend the University of Kentucky
  • Skye Denson (Springdale, OH) to attend Ohio University
  • Lillian Goettke (Cincinnati) to attend Ohio University
  • Destiny Moore (Verona, KY) to attend Northern Kentucky University
  • Marcia Worsham (Cincinnati) to attend Educators For All, Columbus Campus
  • Anabella Wu (Florence, KY) to attend the University of Kentucky

Congratulations and best of luck to all Cinfed members who are pursuing further education!
