Cinfed stands ready to support federal employees who are facing financial challenges. We will work on a case-by-case basis to help bridge financial gaps due to the shutdown. Those who are affected can contact Cinfed regarding the potential for:

  • Short-term loans
  • Deferred loan payments
  • Financial coaching/counseling

Most federal employees in the region are eligible for Cinfed membership and can become members in order to apply for these programs.
