We know you are busy, that is why when you call (513) 333-3800, you have the option of using the Cinfed Connection for routine requests (checking an account balance, scheduling a transfer, etc.) or speaking directly to a Cinfed Representative for more complex questions. For your convenience, Cinfed Connection Automated Service is available for use whenever you need it—24/7.
With Cinfed Connection there is no waiting to:

Cinfed Connection user guideUsing Cinfed Connection is easy! The user guide will walk you through the process step by step. When you call 513-333-3800, press 1 for Cinfed Connection. Select a menu option, then enter your account number and PIN/Password. Some menu options may require additional verification.
Your First Connection
If you are using Cinfed Connection for the first time, you will be prompted to set up a PIN to be used as your password for logging into Cinfed Connection. You will be asked to provide additional verification, before entering a 4-15 digit PIN. After you set up your PIN, you will use this each time you call into Cinfed Connection
Tips for Cinfed Connection
• Press “0” to speak to a Cinfed Representative 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday
• Press 3* for main menu
• Use * for a decimal point
• PIN = Password
• Press * to return to previous menu
• Press 9* to change account number
• Press 7* to hang up
• Press 1* for help
