We've only been members for a little over a month and already feel the difference. I don't want to name names, but let's just say Cinfed is WAY better than our previous institution that rhymes with "Moo.Mess. Mank. (MMM)"
In the short time we have been members, here are a few of the things that have impressed us (sorry if I spell names wrong):
-The personal welcoming and ease of talking to from the first minute by A-Train (Adrianne) in Fort Wright
-The quick response and helpful attitude from Megan when we opened an account the next week for my step-daughter
-The fast call back when I locked myself out of the phone system by Sue.
-The water and pens are nice :)
-Withdrawals from the ATM in $5 increments (sounds small, but is a REALLY big deal)
-The ATM asking for my pin again when I said I wanted another transaction (I thought this was stupid at first until I realized it would potentially protect me in the event that I left my card in the machine like the dork that I am)
-The quick fix when an issue happened with our new Credit Card limit by Megan (again) and Melissa. This was BY FAR the most impressive. They basically said "yes...it's a mistake, but we will fix it by Monday (after we brought it to their attention on Saturday afternoon)
I seriously can't emphasize this last one enough. Part of the reason we left MMM was that they reduced our limit by 90% on a card with no balance right in the middle of a refi we have been hoping to get for nearly 9 years. When we called, they blames Transunion, who blamed MMM, who still blamed TransUnion. Of course, everyone said they were sorry, but nobody was willing to fix it or provide an honest answer. So when this limit thing happened I thought "oh here we go again." BUT then in less than five minutes Melissa, who was working the drive-thru window that day (impressive in itself) said I'll get it fixed on Monday....and then she actually did it.
I'm not very easily impressed. I worked for a large financial firm for almost 7 years (let's call that one "Midelity Minvestments" :) ). I know things work slowly sometimes and nobody likes to admit fault. I don't expect perfection, but I admire when someone is big enough to just say there was a mistake on our end and we will fix it.
I tell everyone I know that they should leave the big banks and come to Cinfed. My only regret in leaving MMM is that we didn't do this sooner. One day I hope to write another note saying "We've been Cinfed members for 40 years and are as happy as we were in June 2013 when we walked into the Fort Wright branch and met with A-Train!!!
Keep it up Fort Wright!!! We love banking with you (in a platonic way....of course). You had me at KASASA.

Cinfed, thank you for finally allowing me to use Apple IPay. As I told many members be patient Cinfed will get IPay.. I am sure Cinfed is only ensuring it is safe for the members.
What a convenience, as there are times when I don't have cash or even ID (especially when walking my dog) but I am never without my phone. Starbucks here I come!
Been a member since I moved to the Queen City in 1978. Cinfed has always provided customer service that other financial institutions only dream about. Thank you for almost forty years of outstanding consumer financial products, friendly and dedicated staff and community leadership. And a special thank-you to Vickie in the credit card department. She is a wizard in solving credit card problems. Looking forward to many more years having Cinfed FCU as my financial institution.

Recently I tried to locate the Oakley office using google maps. The google directions did not get me close to Cinfed. I called the office and Liz remained on the phone until I reached the destination. A short two weeks later Liz came to my rescue again. I needed some documents notarized by a person possessing a medallion stamp. Liz was in training the entire work day, but she called me and arranged to meet my husband and I after hours to accomplish this task. Cinfed has a great employee in Liz. How many employees today would make the effort and give of their personal time to help a customer? I have been with Cinfed since 1973. Even though I am moving to Florida, Cinfed will remain my primary banking institution. Thanks again Liz, you are the BEST!

I recently became a member here at CINFED and it was the best decision I have ever made. I walked in with tears and despair and left with dry eyes, a smile, and I even received a hug from the branch manager. As a long time member, I have always received great service from all CinFed employees. I just wanted to say a special thank you to Dee Dee Day and Dawn Strickland. Earlier this year my much younger sister passed away and with that many obligations were to be met by my husband and myself ..My sister was survived by a daughter and son. We have since then taken on the responsibility of being legal guardian ,During this new and extensive process we would have need to open an account for the two children under our care. Thru this this whole ordeal I have had the privilege of meeting Emily Snyder (financial service rep) at Cincinnati Oakley Branch. to set up both accounts. Unfortunately SSA received an erroneous phone call stating I had passed away which in turn allowed my account to be needlessly frozen, Because I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Snyder concerning a personal loan, at the beginning of 2018, Mrs Snyder was then able to verify my being alive and well. She was then able to release the funds. .The Cinfed Family is extremely fortunate to have an employee such as Mrs Snyder ,Dealing directly with the public.Her compassion is as high performing as Her knowledge of the products that are available to all Cinfed customers ..Mrs Snyder;s professionalism supersedes my expectation of what could have been a financial disaster. the Cinfed family definitely has the right person in the right place ,in the face of the public. How lucky I am to have Liz Frey managing the office I use! I live in Florida but maintain Cinfed as my main banking office. Everytime I need special help a simple email or call to Liz and it is done! I only wish ONE thing was this easy in Florida. I am closing on a home and Liz helped me manage larger than normal mobile deposits and wiring money in and out of my account. Excellent Customer service and friendly communication in one package. This is why I maintain my account Cinfed for now over 45 years!

Emily Snyder took the best care of my two auto loans. She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of the available services for me. I have been member with Cinfed since 1986. The Roselawn Cinfed staff greeted the customer phone calls friendly and polite willing to help you with your needs. They have excellent customer service.
