Answers to the following frequently asked questions are accessed by clicking on the individual question:

Online Banking

To access your account online click here. If you want to sign up for online access, just answer a few questions in our online form. Click here for Cinfed Online application.

  • You can use the Forgot Password option if you have previously enabled the feature (please see below on how to enable the Forgot Password option). By verifying a few pieces of security information, you can reset your password yourself and access your account again. If you have not enabled the Forgot Password reset option, there are three ways to request a new password:

  1. Call 513-333-3800

  2. Send an email to cu@cinfed.com

  3. Stop into a branch

  • To enable the Forgot Password option, which will allow you to reset your password yourself at any time, please follow the steps below:
    1. Click "Submit" to save

    2. Enter a Self-Reset Answer

    3. Enter a Self-Reset Question

    4. Click the “Options” tab

    5. Log into your online account via the secured login page

Enrollment for online banking is quick and easy. A temporary password will be provided via email within 1 business day.

To connect with Fingerprint/Face ID, start by logging into your Cinfed Mobile App. Then select the menu bar and choose Preferences. From there, you may enable your Fingerprint/Face ID. The next time you log in the feature will be available for you to use.

​​​​​Users will be prompted every 12 months to update their online password.

From your smartphone or tablet, visit either Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Search for “Cinfed Credit Union” and follow the instructions to download. The app is free.

This message appears when attempting to log in to our mobile site. The mobile site does not allow for a password change, instead it states “Password Expired.” To login, either download the Cinfed Mobile app or login from a desktop or lap top computer. If you prefer to use the browser version rather than the app, follow these steps to change your temporary password:

  1. Log In to Online Banking

  2. Select the Menu icon in top right corner

  3. Select “About Online Banking”

  4. Select “Secure Login”

  5. Enter the Cinfed Online ID

  6. Enter the Temporary Password

Yes, transferring funds outside of Cinfed can be done using our free Bill Pay services. See Bill Pay for more information.
