Answers to the following frequently asked questions are accessed by clicking on the individual question:

Bardes Merger

If the merger is approved, all active accounts will be automatically transferred to Cinfed, effective January 1, 2021. Account activity would be managed through Cinfed after that date.

All Bardes members will receive a packet with information about how to take advantage of Cinfed’s product and service offerings. You can to Cinfed.com/Bardes and review the website for additional information.

Account numbers from the Bardes system would change but would simply include an extended prefix to the existing number.

For new Cinfed accounts, a Debit Card application will be included in the packet for member convenience. Simply complete the form and return to Cinfed. You can also call Cinfed and request a Debit Card at 513-333-3800.

From the ILSCO location on Madison Road, Cinfed’s Oakley branch (4801 Kennedy Avenue) is literally right around the corner, and offers ATMs, drive-thru service, and in-branch appointments. Cinfed has eight branch locations in all and is part of a network that provides access to dozens ATMs across the tri-state.

You would have many ways to get answers. For in-person service, you can schedule an appointment at a Cinfed branch. Our website is available 24/7. The Cinfed Mobile App gives you account access anytime, anywhere through your smartphone. Cinfed’s Contact Center can be reached at (513) 333-3800 and is staffed with Member Service Representatives. Cinfed Connection, available at the same number, is an automated service for routine requests, such as checking an account balance or scheduling a transfer. Choose the one that’s most convenient for you – and you’re most comfortable with!

To enroll for direct deposit with Cinfed, you would need to complete a new direct deposit form in the Human Resources department. The form would need to include Cinfed’s routing number, 242076656, and your new Cinfed account number.

You would need to contact the payees where you have automatic payments established and provide them with Cinfed’s routing number, 242076656, and your new account number.

You will receive your year end account statement from Bardes Federal Credit Union in the mail. Cinfed statements would be mailed to your address of record on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the type of account. Members can enroll in eStatements, which provide more security while saving on paper and postage. eStatements are available when you sign up for online banking.

If you have an automatic loan transfer set up with Bardes FCU, that payment would continue to be made on the 15th with your new Cinfed account.
