ATM & Debit Cards

You can order a new Debit card by stopping by any branch or calling 513-333-3800. You may also access our online debit card order form here.

Not if you use a Cinfed ATM! If you are using a non-Cinfed ATM there are 2 types of fees associated with an ATM withdrawal, one charged by the ATM owner and one charged by your financial institution (Cinfed).  That being said, since we value our members and like to see you happy, we reimburse up to $20/month in total ATM fees for qualifying Kasasa accountholders and 6 network fees (the fee charged by Cinfed) per month for non-Kasasa account holders.  

Of course!  You can change your PIN over the phone.  Call 1-800-527-7728

Yes, you may make a deposit at participating ATMs that belong to our same networks.  You may deposit checks or cash at ATMs

That's a good question!  We do not keep your PIN on file.  If you need to reset your PIN just call 1-800-527-7728 and follow the prompts to change your PIN.

In most cases $1,000 per day.  This number may be lower or higher depending on your account relationship.

A chip card is a card with a computer chip on the front of the card, as well as the traditional magnetic stripe on the back. The chip provides added security when used at a chip-enabled merchant terminal or ATM and greater global acceptance. When you insert your chip card into a chip-enabled terminal, a unique security code is generated. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to reuse your information and better protects you against counterfeit card fraud.

At a chip-enabled terminal, simply insert your debit card, chip first, and sign to authorize your transaction. If the retailer does not have a chip-enabled terminal, swipe your card and sign your name.

Step 3: Sign or enter your PIN. Remove card after approval.

 

 

 

 

You can set up text alerts to let you know when any transactions take place with your card. You can also have its usage restricted. Call our Contact Center or the Card Services Department if you need assistance to reduce card limit. To receive text alerts, you can register your card here.

With your new card, the first step is to be sure your new PIN is set. Call our Contact Center to confirm your account information is correct. Then you can establish your new PIN by calling 1-866-985-2273 and using the automated system. 

The new card is linked to your savings account and provides you with ATM access only. When it's linked to a checking account, the card can be used to make purchases at most retailers. Call our Contact Center or some in to one of our branches to see if you qualify to open a checking account. 

As always, it is our priority to protect our members. In an effort to protect your assets and minimize the risk of loss, debit card transactions at rental car companies are not authorized. Rental car companies are authorized to withdraw additional funds for drop charges, unpaid parking tickets, traffic violations and vehicle damage. By using a debit card, these transactions are withdrawn directly from the members’ accounts and may result in large negative balances. If you are interested in renting, alternative payment methods are available and are best suited for this purchase. Our Mastercard® credit cards include an Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver.
