Downtown Branch Relocated to 925 Main Street
Cinfed announces the relocation of a downtown branch to 925 Main Street, effective October 1, 2019.
After nearly 25 years, the previous location at 830 Main Street will be closed and the ATM removed as the building undergoes renovations for private development.
Cinfed has maintained a presence in downtown Cincinnati since its founding in 1934. The new location, comprising approximately 1,500 square feet, will offer the same financial services as the previous site.
The location will add new technology in the form of an interactive teller machine (ITM), which combines the functions of a traditional 24-hour ATM with the ability to connect with a teller via video screen during business hours.
The new space will feature a fresh new look and feel for members with a modern design and more natural light. The branch remains conveniently located in the northeast quadrant of downtown Cincinnati, across the street from the Hamilton County Courthouse and near many of the county’s administrative offices.
“We have many members in the immediate area so it was important to maintain our presence for their convenience,” said Jay Sigler, CEO of Cinfed. “Financial transactions sometimes require personal interactions, so we want to make sure we remained within walking distance for members who appreciate that level of service and who live or work downtown.”
