For the seventh year in a row, Cinfed Credit Union has been named a Top Workplace by Enquirer Media and employee research and consulting firm, Energage.

Nominated organizations (public, private, not-for-profit or governmental) in the region with at least 50 employees were invited to take an employees-only survey. Responses to 24 statements covering seven categories measured how well employees are working together toward common goals and objectives.

The survey asked employees to consider factors such as engagement, leadership and alignment with organizational values as well as benefits, pay and flexibility. The report, published by the Enquirer on June 5, features Cinfed among the top performing organizations with up to 149 employees, and includes the following quote from a Cinfed employee: "I love my job because we are provided tools to succeed – from coaching to various trainings throughout the year, we are always looking to improve and grow. I also love the ways we keep employees engaged and value opinions. I love that we put members’ success as well as the employees’ success at the top of the priority list and truly do what's best for all parties involved."
